1. What is the format of the 2022 event (online, in person)?
This year Ya!vaConf will have both a stationary and an online formula. On the first day (Tuesday, 27/09) the conference and the Expo will take place online, in the user's account and on a dedicated platform. The second day (Wednesday, 28/09) will be held stationary at the Warsaw University of Technology - there you will be able to listen to all the speeches from the offline/onsite tracks and visit the stands of stationary exhibitors.
2. What if, for whatever reason, a stationary event cannot take place?
In this case, only the first day of the event will take place - the second day will be cancelled.
3. Where exactly will the stationary part of the conference take place?
The stationary part of the conference will take place in the centre of Warsaw, at the Faculty of Mathematics and Information Science, Warsaw University of Technology. However, due to restrictions, the exact address may be changed (we will inform participants about this by email).
4. Which tracks will be delivered onsite and which online?
Each track is marked with a location (offline/onsite or online).
5. Until when can I register?
You can register until the day of the event or until tickets run out (the number of tickets for the stationary part is strictly limited).
6. Can I buy access to the VoD after the event?
Yes, it is possible to purchase packages after the event date. However, these packages do not include gift bags and their time limit is 3 months from the date of the event/publication of recordings rather than purchase.
7. Where will recordings of the online part of the conference be made available?
Recordings of live speeches from the online part, like all recordings under the VoD model, can be viewed in the user's account after logging in.
8. When will recordings of the speeches that took place live online be published?
We usually publish recordings up to 4 weeks after the conference. We always inform you by email.
9. Until when can I watch recordings of speeches online?

11. Can I enter the Expo without registering?

Exhibitors' stands will be located in the corridor by the conference rooms and will be available online at the same time (access via user account).
14. How do I collect my T-shirt/hoodie (included in a package or purchased as an additional option)?
In the case of T-shirts as part of packages – they can only be collected in person at the event. In the case of any additional options (T-shirt, hoodie) purchased separately – you will be able to collect them personally at the event or we send them to the address given in the Registration.
15. When will I receive the t-shirt/hoodie?
For items collected during the event – on the day of the event ;) For items sent by courier – approximately 2 weeks after the event.
16. If the conference is not held in person, how do I collect my gift bag or order?
